Just a great all around telephone solution for our business

Freshcaller has worked extremely well for our company since we adopted it about 7 months ago. The contact center aspect of it works seamlessly and integrates well with the rest of our business operations, which is aided by the Freshworks software suite. Freshcaller and Freshworks basically cover every business software need with comprehensive products at a good price.

Simply the best

I've tried a number of similar services, but they don't compare to Cloudphone. The price is great, no hidden fees, works flawlessly on both my iOS and Android phones, customer service is awesome, and the features are better than any of the others. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

CloudPhone does the trick

CloudPhone does everything I need a phone system to do at a third of the cost. I used to have an PBX phone system for my catering business. It was expensive and difficult to configure and for some reason I was missing calls. My friend told me about CloudPhone so I gave it a shot. Ive had it for 4 months and it has saved me a ton of money and is more convenient than my other system because I can configure it on my own with an easy interface. Their support is great if you ever get hung up on something too. Five stars!

Easy to use and reliable

I have to travel a lot but still need to take care of my business and have to answer several calls from clients while I am abroad. With Cloud Phone I no longer depend on my personal phone to run my business, I use CP 100% of the time and can now travel to other countries and still take care of my business because despite having an US number associated, their VoIP technology makes it possible to continue receiving calls. Nice technology that is making my life easier.

Cloud Phone - The entrepreneurial phone system.

I have multiple small businesses and I need to project a professional and corporate image without breaking the bank. I found Cloud Phone from Voxox to be the real winner among all the phone systems I tried, not only in terms of price but also quality. I've been able to take calls with perfect quality, in places that Skype or WhatsApp won't even work. You can choose to have one or multiple toll-free numbers as well as regular phone numbers from all over the U.S. The best part is that all the numbers are SMS enabled, so my customers can text me at any time instead of calling, which is super convenient. Never had an issue with it, so I haven't had the need to use their support services; but based on other reviews, it's top notch. I use their IOS app and it's state of the art and easy to use and understand for people that are not necessarily computer wizards like me.

I just started a business and needed a quick and inexpensive way to get a phone number for my website and business cards. I'm glad I found cloudphone because I was about to spend a lot more money and buy a whole phone system. Now when people call my new business number, the calls forward to the cell phone I already carry around with me. The virtual receptionist is super cool too! Oh, and I love that I can set calls to go strait to voicemail after normal business hours so I don't get bugged when I'm spending time with my family!

I've been using cloudphone almost as long as it's been out. I'm always amazed by how good the call quility is when my normal cell quality is bad. The virtual receptionist is a great feature and now with texting support I don't need a second phone at all.

Business Phone System in just minutes

Great experience with cloudphone.com so far! I setup a phone system for my new business with auto attendant and follow me in about 30 minutes. I'm sure there will be additional configurations that I will need to mess around with as I get a better understanding of my own needs, but it's pretty amazing to be up and running in such a short period of time. No need for expensive phones or to learn confusing andamp; overly complicated interfaces, which is huge for me!

Saved me so much time!

I used to take so many calls answering the same questions, over and over. I used their virtual receptionist feature (they used to call it an auto attendant) to play my restaurants hours and that... no we do not take reservations... and now when my phone rings I know its important. I had a question, called their support and they answered on the first ring, 5 stars there.

Same Features As Grasshopper - Better Price

I looked at Grasshopper and RingCentral, but I'm glad I found CloudPhone. Same features as the rest of the other business number/virtual phone system providers but at a better price. Works great, no complaints, get all my calls now on my biz line.

Great Service

I was skeptical of VOIP from using it in its early days back in college. Back then (18 years ago), it was spotty, unreliable, and incapable of doing what I would require in my business now. A friend of mine refered me to Gabbit over 2 years ago. I gave them a try and I'm never going back! The quality of the service is as good as it gets. No issues hearing clients or dropping calls. The clarity is perfect and there is no lag time in the conversation, which was my biggest concern from 18 years ago. The features are also amazing. There are more features than I can even use. I use call forwarding and voicemail to email the most. I would have paid through the nose for those features with my previous phone company. Speaking of price, I cannot believe how affordable the Gabbit phone service is! I was paying 3 times as much with my old phone company and I had lots of problems with that service. You want to talk service? They are tops there, too. When I saw another company was offering voicemail to email for a monthly fee, I called andamp; asked what it cost me to get that feature. They told me I already had access to that feature andamp; it was included! They set it up within the hour and I was thrilled! In short, I cannot recommend Gabbit highly enough. I tried them and so should you.

First off, our price from Gabbit hasn't changed once. Same rate, month after month, year after year. The swings from our previous services were wild - never knowing what it was going to be month to month. Should we ever have questions regarding other things like features or tech support - a human person answers when we call. A human. It's amazing. If ever there was or is going to be a small interruption (twice in 5 years) Gabbit notifies us ahead of time - even if it has nothing to do with their service. And if ever we need any hands-on support, any at all, (like when we switched over at first), someone from Gabbit comes out to assist us face-to-face, IN-PERSON. It's unbelievable. Easily one of the best vendors and decisions we ever made.

We have moved offices and added services and it was done quickly and it was a smooth process. We ordered additional phones and Gabbitt picked out the right phones and had them programmed so all we did was plug it in and it worked with a problem.

We were impressed with their hands-on approach to managing a seamless switch from an uncooperative former provider. Our service has been reliable, affordable, and easy, we've really enjoyed not having to worry about our service. The initial sales process was very simple - the customer service rep walked us through the various options and choices in equipment and at no time did Gabbit try to sell us anything we did not need. In fact, their recommendations perfectly matched our needs and will allow us the flexibility to grow as our company grows. Set-up was likewise very easy, and we were up and running within minutes. The customer management portal and the billing interface are both extremely user-friendly and highly customizable, which allows our organization to run smoothly. I have been using the services of Gabbit for a few years now and they just keep getting better andamp; better. The feature options that are INCLUDED in the low monthly pricing are unbelievable! I can be in my car and my admin can forward calls to my car or cell phone if I need to take a call. People LOVE when my phone says that their call is being forwarded to the line they needed, I always get feedback on that feature. As an international traveler, I could actually take my office phone with me on travel, plug it in at my hotel and people calling me would never even know I'm not sitting in my actual office! When we moved office locations, the ONLY thing we had to do was unplug our phones, drive to the new location and plus them in and we were up andamp; running! No waiting on someone to show up and install anything or turn anything on! How many people can say that? And with the LOW prices that Gabbit offers, I actually have 2 phones with 4 lines each on my 1 desk so that if I have to sit on terminal ignore with one of my vendors (have you ever had to sit on hold with an airlines?), I can still continue to do business calls from my 2nd phone while keeping the other line on speaker, awaiting a live person to pick up. If you need to call Gabbit for anything, they always pick up and help with anything you need right away....sure wish 1/2 the companies I deal with were like that!

As a business owner, I am always skeptical of companies and what they say figuring there is some loop hole where they can charge me more or not provide the service they offered. Gabbit has been the exact opposite of that. When I met with Corey, he explained all of the features I would have access to (more than double what I had at the time) for about 1/2 the price of what I was paying. What's even more amazing is in 6 months, my bill hasn't changed. It's been exactly what was quoted to me. Gabbit has completely lives up to who they say they are and I would highly recommend them.

Awesome Small Business Phone Service

We've been using Gabbit since January 2014 Q1 @ our office. I'm a big fan of VoIP. I started using Vonage (VoIp) @ my home in 2002 Q4. Gabbit is a great service packed with every feature with very responsive Customer support. Almost all of my disruptions are from my Internet provider. Thus, I have 2 internet providers for our small office.

Great Service!

I have been using Gabbit for almost 3 years in my business. I am a lawyer with two offices and we have 12 phones across both locations. Prior to signing up with Gabbit, we used another VoIP service (one of the big ones) but they were way more expensive, their web portal was hard to use and their customer service was overseas. When I switched to Gabbit, our cost of service was cut by 60%, somebody in the US called me to and introduced themselves as my account rep and she spent a half hour working with my admin to get the phone system tailored exactly the way we wanted it. Our phone system had never worked so well before. We were able to reuse the phones we bought from the other service provider so I didn't have to buy new equipment. Bottom line, Gabbit saves me almost $4000 per year and my phone system has worked flawlessly ever since the day we started.

We started using Intermedia at the beginning of this year, and thus far it has performed like a business phone system should. We've had no issues with downtime or lack of features. Phone systems should just work, and this one does

Our growing business needed a new phone system and MegaPath has been great to work with. From the beginning our Project Manager was awesome at setting up our entire system and getting it up and running. Now anytime we have issues or question regarding our system, EVERY Voice Operations employee we speak with is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to work with; they have worked hard to answer or fix any issues we have. This company is the way to go!!

Transition to new location and phones - Megapath

We are a small company with multiple sites in two sites. We moved one of our office locations and upgraded to new Polycom phone sets at both sites. The sales, project management and technical staff at MegaPath helped us to find the best service and equipment solution for interfacing with the building infrastructure and worked with the building owner's IT department located in Italy. In the end, MegaPath came through for us

VIOP for a Insurance Agency- MegaPath

After moving into our new location our old company had delayed our port and MegaPath set up temp numbers to forward and sent 3g hotshots so our office could function due to a speed issue with the dsl line. These people bent over backwards to make sure our business was not interrupted. Ended up putting a T-1 line and that went so smooth. Only once did we have an issue but their tech was here with in 2 hours to reset the system and they forwarded all calls to our cell phones. The problem ended up being an issue with the carriers line. I would recommend Megapath to others based on my initial experience with them and feedback from co-workers

Megapath as a service provider

We've had issues with our dsl service for the internet, but when ever we called Megapath, they were quick to respond and made a good effort to get the problem resolved. They worked well with other providers(ATandT) to isolate the problems and get them resolved. Provided new options for alternative types of service and we are currently getting a new T1 line installed

Highly recommended VoIP system - Megapath

MegaPath was a welcome change in quality of service from our previous providers. We had become accustomed to dropped calls and poor customer support. When we finally had had enough, we found MegaPath and its one of the best business decisions we have made. We dont have anymore dropped calls or outages that cost us potential clients. MegaPath also providers our Internet service now too which is helpful to have both services coming from the same provider

Hosted PBX for Mid Size Business - Megapath

Since switching our hosted voice system over to MegaPaths Hosted PBX plan, a lot of the headaches of my day to day life as an IT sys admin have been resolved due to having a phone system that just works. Id recommend MegaPaths hosted PBX plan to businesses with a smaller IT staff that would like to focus on other aspects of their business rather than always being worried about the phone system going down. Theres nothing worse than a business losing phone service without warning, and MegaPath has fixed this problem for us

Megapath - A top flight Business Service Provider

Rock solid SIP and Hosted PBX

We have used both SIP service as well as fully hosted PBX service from Megapath without any significant issues. Getting started was easy, and the initial sales and set-up call was painless. Sales rep was attentive and we had our phone system up and running in no time. Uptime has not been an issue for our Megapath service, would recommend it to other medium size businesses that rely on phone service

High quality service and support

We signed up with megapath about 8 months ago. Our sales rep was a nice and sharp fellow named Miguel. We got our phones configured and had our entire system fully functioning in a matter of days. Their support team also helped us set up some great features that we rely on now like forwarding missed calls to our cell phones, and being able to send and receive business calls on our cell phone when we were not at our desks. With many of our employees traveling, this was a highly welcomed feature. I would recommend megapath to companies that really need their communications to work around the clock

Overall great service - Megapath

My business has been using MegaPath for several years now for both voice and Internet service. Their Business Ethernet plan for data connectivity, as well as their Hosted Voice plan for voice are the plans we chose for our business that have worked out well. Weve had a couple minor issues in the past few years but they were able to be resolved fairly quickly by the MegaPath support team. The service has met our expectations thus far

ClarityTel Rocks!

I transferred approximately 20 accounts to ClarityTel. The process took several months, mainly because the telephone company I transferred from was very uncooperative. Throughout the transition, Derrick stayed on the case and remained completely responsive to my needs and the needs of my customers . This included after hours and weekend attention when necessary. In any introduction of a new technology to customers who are used to doing things a certain way, you're going to have questions and perhaps some misunderstandings. I've got to say that with the intense focus on this block of customers, service disruptions were kept to an absolute minimum. Several years have now passed since the cut over to ClarityTel. As proof of the usefulness of the software along with it's ease of use and functionality I am happy to report that practically all of the customers involved have remained on the service. ClarityTel offers a great service at a very fair price. I am very pleased that I chose to place my customers on their platform. Their systems are highly capable and extremely reliable. I couldn't ask for more

Highly recommend ClarityTel

We switched to ClarityTel after our then-provider went out of business. We're a call center in Buffalo, NY, with 50+ users and so far so good. The price is really one of the best we've seen in our years using different VoIP systems, and we have not yet experienced any drawbacks (it's been 4 months). I would recommend ClarityTel thus far

I have been a MagicJack user for my home phone for many years. I changed from the big phone company ($70+/month) to MagicJack for Business a few months ago. The porting process took a bit longer than expected, however the service is excellent. I have had ZERO issues, the call quality is great as I cannot tell any difference. They even sent me a nice desk phone to use which adds so much more than my previous land line phone. I purchased from another source a headset to use with the phone, works great. I like the music on hold with a message telling my client I'll be with them shortly, makes my small business seem much larger to clients when I have to place them on hold. I have yet to try the app so I cannot comment on that as of this time. If you have high speed internet then this should work great for you. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - MagicJack

I have so many issues with the incompetent customer services team for business. We are a small business and experiences a drop line, poor quality of voice and lack of customer services. The majority of their customer service people don't have adequate training and don't know how to address and resolve the issues properly. We had called numerous times to address above matters but it didn't get fixed on timely matter and the manager of customer service, Veil, disconnected our service without any proper notifications at all and I asked her if do you have any protocol and procedures in black and white that you could cancellation right away without any proper notification about it. She could not find one. My suggestion to all of small business owners, don't even bother to have this as your telephone service. I know they are cheap but if you compare with the quality of customer service and products that the company offers you will give headaches and problems in future. I do believe you don't need to spend /waste your time with the unreliable service. Plus on top of it, they dont refund my account. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Gets the job done at a great price

We're a small business that needs a reliable phone system and uses it fairly often. We didn't want to pay out the nose for a phone system, so I was very relieved when we found MagicJack for business. I was wary at first because residential magicjack did not have customer support, but the business offering has US based customer service that is available 24/7. We've been using the system for a full month now and have no issues with it

The only thing that matters on a car lot is not missing a call. We put in the cordless system and every salesman carries one whether they are at their desk, in the service bay, or on the lot. We never miss calls sitting at desks

zulu phone system

We purchased a system for our company to replace an older NorTel system. We use a both desktop IP phones and the cordless handsets. Sound quality is much better our previous system and our outside sales persons are now able to use their iPhones to accept business calls. We also like the voice mail to email feature so that salespersons can get messages without having to call back in to check their mailboxes

ZULU - Five Stars

We needed a new phone system to replace our old Avaya phone system. Our existing cabling from our Avaya would not work for IP phones and we did not have enough ports available in the router for all the phones. We were quoted $5800 from our local vendor for cabling, new phones, installation and a new switch. We simply did not have that kind of budget. We decided to purchase the Zulu M325 system and our office manager installed it in under 10 minutes. Total cost of the system was $900 -- we saved $4700!! Quality of the voice on the phone amazing -- it really is noticeably better. I would strongly recommend this company

new ZULU cloud phone system

Use zulu at my design company

We installed a Zulu phone system into our business and have not had any problems with the service so far. We looked at a lot of different companies but we decided on this one because we did not have to re wire our offices. Now we can actually take breaks outside and take our phones with us so we never miss a call. Not a big deal but they only come in black

Zulu wireless phone

I have a small law office and installed 5 for the wireless IP phones and the M325 base station. The system was up and running within about 5 minutes. I was skeptical about using cordless style business phones but they are of excellent quality and allow everyone to move freely about the office and file room. We will be adding a few more phones soon

zulu phone system works great at my law office

We installed the M700 phone system in less than 5 minutes. We have 6 employees and can move anywhere in the office or warehouse and take and transfer calls just like our old desktop phones. We had another provider that gave us free phones with their service but they never worked. So far not a single problem with Zulu
