Cyclix Networks, which was founded in 2005, offers both small and large businesses a wide variety of VoIP solutions.
Among the services they offer is Business-Connect. This service includes an integrated IP-PBX along with VoIP phones. What makes this service so interesting is that it is not only plug-and-play, but also requires no capital expenditure from customers. Customers further get high quality service without the security problems and firewall integration issues that plague other VoIP solutions.
The company also offers something called N-Plus, which is a fault tolerant SIP network for those customers who have a high volume of transactions.
Another great benefit of using Cyclix is that they offer more than one Point of Presence (PoP). This is important in case of a natural disaster or some other major network disruption. The company currently has 3 PoPs.
Cyclix further offers great customer support. This includes 24x7 support via phone or email. Additionally, their N-Plus solution offers a 99.999% uptime.
Finally, Cyclix offers two back-office services that protect against fraud. CreditWatch tracks customer spending in real-time, and if unusual spending occurs, it notifies the customer immediately. They also offer a service called Fraud-Buster, which detects fraudulent dialing. When detected, it can either notify the customer in real-time or shut the customer's account down temporarily.
