The latest EVUA/Ovum benchmark published in May 2006 shows that international voice and data prices continue to fall. Average price reductions over the three-year period from 2003-2006 were 30% for voice and 47% for data. In the past year, average voice prices have fallen by 9% and data prices by 14-20% Comment: Ovum and the EVUA have recently completed the latest benchmarking study comparing the prices and service levels for international voice and data VPN services (MPLS VPN) from international fixed network services operators.
