The business services arm of Verizon Communications Inc has extended its Managed IP PBX offering to Europe, initially on Cisco and Avaya kit, with more vendors to follows.

The company is offering the service in the UK, Germany, France and Benelux. It's VoIP portfolio is also available in the US, Canada and South Africa, said Richard McAmmond, a VoIP migration consultant for Verizon Business in Europe.
