Another two VoIP providers from the Netherlands and Bulgaria have been added to our expanding list  of VoIP companies who have given up their operations. Both www.voipexco.com and www.bulphone.net were very competitive but lacked the critical mass. They were removed from our VoIP rates comparison database on the 21 October.
