Sound Quality : like a regular phone - from the day i started had no problems

Customer Service : I had several (three to be exact) voip based services in the past and what I like about Phone.com (have them for 5 months now) is that they make it very easy for you to sign up and also to cancel. They won't charge a cancellation fee and will always try and help.

Features : They have all the features I need and all are easy to operate.

Price : cheaper than some of the other services i had (I have an annual plan that is approx $16 per month for unlimited minutes)
