Customer Service :

This company is unable to provide the services they are charging you for, 6 weeks and I still have not been able to make a single phone call.  Their customer service has 2 corrections for problems and when that doesn't work they just ignore you and keep on billing for no service!  Don't waste your time here!

Cannot use features because you cannot use their service!

Price is great, except you get NOTHING for it!

I have put up with a non-stop barrage of incompetence from the online technical support forum, they cannot solve anything!  As for phone support, you get hung up on every time, but not before you have spent 30 minutes getting nowhere!!!
