Sound Quality :

Using DECT 6.0 cordless phones and FIOS was the best combination...but sadly we had to switch to cable Internet when we moved and it's not the same.  Cable has QoS and reliability issues, so it's no fault of TinCanTalk.  Quality is still more than adequate, just the occasional static in the background.

Customer Service :

Amazing!  These people know their stuff and really WANT to you to be happy with your VoIP service.  They respond quickly and are very friendly and helpful.  I do not know of better customer service ANYWHERE.

Features :

So many features, I don't use most of them.  I like having voice mails delivered to email, and the ability to check VM from any other phone if necessary.

Price :

Great price.  We saved a lot over the traditional phone lines and are much happier with TinCan than we were with the landline service!

Overall Rating

Phenomenal customer service is TinCanTalk's claim to fame in this market.  But you probably won't need them much because their service is reliable and easy to use.  The price is definitely reasonable and we could not be happier!
