Sound Quality :
Over the past 4 months, I have had only 2 calls (one out-going and one in-coming) where the sound quality was a problem. Redialing solved the issue.
Customer Service :
I only needed to make one call to get some questions answered before switching phone providers. Questions answered to my satisfaction.
Received adapter which came with good instructions - set it up and it has worked very well.
Features :
It has more features than I need or use - with the pay one year in advance, get the second year free, you get a free cloned phone.
There are more features than with my previous service.
Price :
Paying less than $9.00 per month for the next two years is sweet. yes I paid $199.00 up front, but that covered two years.
Paid shipping for adapter but no cost for the adapter.
Overall Rating
I recommended this service for a friend and s/he is very satisfied.
This service is worth the price.
I will stay with them for two years and then decide what service to use at that time - technology will improve, so who knows what will be available then.
