Customer Service : This company is terrible. I had to change my CC info because it was stolen and tried for TWO WEEKS to get ahold of their billing department to change it. Finally after two weeks thy canceled my number causing me to lose thousands of dollars in orders. I finally talk to a rep and the refused to do anything to help me.

Features : I have seen other packages comparabily priced with same features

Price : They charge $59.95 a line. And phone quality is not that great at all.
