So far I have not had any issues with the sound quality. It is voip, so I would there would be a few hiccups, but none experienced so far.
I have had ViaTalk for 2 months now, and have had to call customer service once. It was a very short wait time. The call was for a minor issue, but it was corrected within minutes.
There are so many features with this service. I have to admit that I don't think I have use for a lot of them at the moment, but I am sure I will find time to play around with them in the near future.
Can't beat the 2 years for $189 price.
I have had Viatalk for about 2 months now, and have had a great experience so far. I was searching for something to cut back on the bills and came across this website. I wanted to wait a couple months before placing a review for other visitors to make sure it wasn't "too good to be true" with the $189 for two year price tag. I am pleased to say that so far it has not been. Great sound quality, all the features I needed are included, and a great online control panel. I will make sure this is updated if anything arises after this initial review.
