Better than our analog phones (athough to be fair, those were at least 5 years old...)
Jive provides the phone service for our management company. They've done a fantastic job! We're saving money every month over our previous solution (analog phones with Qwest). We also have a ton of features that have really helped us be more productive. For example, our night manager and our maintenance manger both have phones at their homes. These phones act just as if they were in the office, allowing us to provide a very high level of customer support, 24/7.
Customer service is also great - whenever we need to make any adjustments to our system (during leasing/busy season, etc) they're very quick to answer the phone and take care of us.
I'd recommend them to anyone!

Sound quality is much better than my old qwest line for all calls, and I noticed that when I'm talking with someone else who is using an IP phone, the sound quality is out of this world.
Cust svc is great. Always treat my business with high priority. Reps seem to be above-average intelligence, which is rare among phone companies.
I have multiple locations in different states and with different languages for my A/V installation business. I have been able to customize my system so that calls always go to the right person at the right time. Voicemails being emailed to us is great. Custom local numbers for each of my locations is helpful for customers. Super efficient.
Price is perfect. Saving $500+ a month on long distance and toll-free charges. I'm surprised that the price is so low. Did pay for discounted setup, but well worth it and didn't make me sign a contract like some of the others wanted me to.
Before I started using Jive, I had a long list of things I wanted from my phone system. Jive has given me everything on that list, and they have bent over backwards to show appreciation for my business. First rate service and personnel, from sales to support, and I am a very demanding customer. A+. Hope this helps.
