Sound Quality : perfect

Customer Service : Tech support is always available during business hours.

Features : Tons, and new ones are always coming.

Price : Definitely the cheapest when you consider all of the features that are included.

Overall Rating

Been with them for 2 years now and I have not had any major problems. Tech support is very helpful and the new dashboard is awesome. It is definitely one of the best priced services too.

I've had an exceptional experience with Vocalocity, ever since I was introduced to the service this summer. The features are good, quality has been unimpaired, and the customer service has been incredlble personal and helpful. From what I've heard, a T-1 connection helps and we have one now, so that's helped the quality even more. Anyway, I would unreservedly endorse this company to any start up business.
