Sound Quality :
Not quite sure right now. When calling my other phone i have in the house, one that is thru Bright House VOIP, and is the best I have ever had, I hear a clicking noise much like someone lightly tapping the receiver. This happens about every 4 sec. I will report back if it can be fixed.
Customer Service :
I called CS for help getting my adapter to connect to their network. I spoke with a CS rep, and he helped me get connected, this took about 2 mins. After getting my Adapter working, I had a few questions about receiving faxes when I am on a call. My CS rep told me to log into the Phone Power user control panel and activate it, and he would wait. This took me about 30 seconds, when I clicked on the Fax-Enabled Voicemail link to activate it and agreeing to the splash screen it didn't work. My Rep said OH? we will get it fixed and email you when its done. the next 3 linkd I clicked on didn't work and iI gor the same response, we will get it fixed and email you when its done. He then told me if there was anything else I needed I can call back in and report it. I asked him WHY would I want to hang up and call back in when I have you on the phone now? He didn't seem happy about that logic. I then informed him I too am an "IT GUY" (Exec. Mngmt of IT in large Corp) and and part of my job has a dotted line to managers that run a large help desk, so I knowhe is trying to get me off the phone so his call # times don't rise. Again he didn't seem happy. So I give them a score of 2 for not caring about and making sure the customer is satisfied with the set up and service. Not a good start.
Ok I guess, i will report back.

I am a new customer and so far not really happy. I was told and read that PP only locked the SIP porting of the adapter. And I now find the they lock the Administrators Login to the device. I have a SPA2102. If you are looking for a company that does not lock you out of your own device, this company is NOT for you. So far not too happy with Tech support wanted to "RUN" on the call because things are not working for the customer. If I found someone on my department Payroll who had this attitude and or mind set, they would be looking for another job.
I guess now I will see how long it takes them to fix the things that are not working on my account, things that I am paying for. I will update this in a few days so that it is a fair review.
