Terrasip - The customer support is non existant

Four days and still no response from their support team. Their support is very poor and if you are looking for a professional service, I would not recommend them. I have now sent them a second support email asking them to close my account. When I joined them, they were number 6. That was 6 days ago. They are now 7 and this clearly shows that they are doing something wrong. I have now joined http://www.callcentric.com/ and topped up my phone.

Just left Terrasip, thank God!

I have just left Terrasip and joined Call Centric. This is the best decision I have made for sometime. Anyone thinking of joining Terrasip should expect poor support and no response to emails as well as your device not being configured etc. I would never go back to Terrasip even if they offered their services to me for free.

Left the Terrasip and find good offers with service

As i know this just left the terrasip and you can search and find good and reliable service product . This is fact if any company providing product but not providing it's good service then it's product are useless. so i want to suggest you can use another .
