Varphonex is exactly what we have been looking for. We needed a provider that would allow us to use our brand identity, any SIP device, and has a way for us to interact with them through system interface. Varphonex has all of this and more. I have read reviews that mention a lack of support but we have not seen this. We typically receive responses to issues within hours. We have now been using them exclusively for over 6 months and the system has been available 100% of the time. Their reseller control panel is by far the best available and we have tested most if not all voip companies that offer reseller programs. The only thing that we could ask for is more Mexico DID numbers.

Don't Count on VarPhonex / InPhonex if you have trouble

Well, we thought that adding VoIP to our product mix was a good thing and settled for VarPhonex (the reseller arm of InPhonex, Inc) because it was simple enough and they offered lots of features, with virtually no upstart costs. Call quality is decent has been decent for us and our customers, and overall satisfactory... But, having said that, I would like to point out that if and when they have issues (on their end, since you are suppose to support your own customers), there are no techs to speak to, and you have to open a ticket, which can take up to a day to get responded to. One Day ????? ... Please ... ! Yes, apparently it is not important enough to them when a reseller's end-users can not receive calls... any of them! I don't think all of the end-users ATAs or IP PBXs or SIP Phones went on strike all at the same time, for over a day. I would recommend steering clear of VarPhonex and Inphonex simply because of this issue. When it works, they are ok. When they have system troubles, it's a nightmare that at each time has cost us customers. Don't use them! We know better now.
