Bad Experience w/ Voxbone

Here's my experience with voxbone: I ordered a local and toll free DID from them. Some people couldn't dial the number, but others could. Voxbone support wasn't able to resolve the problem, so they said the people who couldn't dial the number should call their phone providers. Yeah right. Also, the 800 DIDs require a $100 toll free credit purchase, which they wouldn't refund after I was unsatisfied with the service. I would suggest looking elsewhere for inboud voip service.
