ViaTalk VoIP Now Has BBR Silver Award
Reviewed by mambo, 2006-06-09 00:00:00 For those who are familiar with DSL Reports, a online report on DSL and VoIP services, they recently honored up and coming VoIP provider ViaTalk with the Silver BBR (BroadBand Rating). This is base on DSL Reports "Good, Bad, and Ugly" chart, where subscribers leave reviews and their ratings of VoIP and DSL service providers. ViaTalk recently had a 3 day 2 years for $199 sale, which they had to cancel early due to the great response, this did cause an overload at their customer service headquaters. Even with the overload ViaTalk's customer service still is being rated as one of the best on the VoIP market. The many reviews at DSL Reports have more praise for this company than any other current VoIP provider reviews. Even if you missed their 2 year special, ViaTalk is still a great choice for VoIP service.

A few weeks ago, I experienced my first 'outage' with ViaTalk. Again, their support team was very diligent in ensuring that all customers were kept abreast of the progress of solving the outage issue. Although it was somewhat of a pain to be without their service, I'm still very much impressed with ViaTalk's dedication to providing the best VoIP service available today. I am highly recommending that whoever is in the market for an inexpensive alternative to regular land telephone, to give ViaTalk shot at being your first VoIP provider! You will not be disappointed!
