Excellent Service
Reviewed by Bill T., 2005-11-21 00:00:00 I've had VoX since May 2005 and I have never had a bad call, a dropped call, or a false busy signals. VoX has excellent online account management features to give you remote control of your phone from you office or while travelling. I've called several states and never had echo or static like with some cell calls. The only thing I can say that might be even partially negative is that there is @ a 2 to 3 second (only a couple) delay in between the time you finish dialing and when you get the first ring on the other end. I plugged in my cordless phone to my ATA and can use the phone in my backyard just like any other land line.
Thier $10 a month plan really suits my needs because I mostly use my cell phone and at 2 cents a minute for extra minutes it's much better than paying the $25 or $30 plans for the same features (but only limited use). This service is a great value for the money.

I can go online and manage my calling features from my office or out of town at my hotel when I travel and can have calls forwarded to different phones and change the find me follow me features. I've never had a static line, false busy signal, or a call dropped and there's always a dial tone when I pick up the phone.
I also connected my cordless phone to the adapter and use it freely around the house just like any other phone service. For the price this is a really sweet service and I highly recommend it as a replacement to regular landlines in the house, especially for teenagers!!
