Reviewed by Faizal, 2007-08-25 11:05:06 I have to say that i am very happy with the service, i never know the service to be down is a very good reason to use it.... but the best this is that they need to give me their CRM system as i always get a reply from any mail i send them within 24hr (during week days)... I personnally advice you to try it... (that doesnt mean that i am close in, as i am always going to other to try their system and looking for better rates lol, we are the customer after all).... :)

Reviewed by Shay, 2007-02-20 02:32:32 I have been using it for quite a long time(may be 3 years) and have 2 say that they do listen to their customers, specially when it comes to asking for change of rates. well, they have prompt/speedy/reliable service and always got replies to whichever questions i had. G8 company ;)
