Babble problems

I sail internationaly and can only access Babble in about 50% of the places I vist under circumstances where skype works fine. I went over 100 days of not being able to get access and guess what, they cancelled ny credit, 10pds down the drain. This combined with 24-36hr customer service turn around time has led me to give up on them and use Skype exclusively.

I'm constantly looking for the best quality and cheapest International Plan.
Till now, the best I found is Babble.
Bit more than 5Pounds (around 8 Euros) for 1000 minutes to an impressing list of countries (land lines).
Quality is very good, maybe not the best, but above many others even more famous and much more expensive. They have a PayAsYouGo plan as well that might be more expensive than others but their 5Pounds a month plan is a huge money saver for me. Difficult for me to get rid of those 1000 minutes in a month.
I'm using it since beginning of this year and still didn't change.
