Extremely Lousy!

Today your phone works fine - the next day all your calls are "denied". They say (after a volley of emails on your side) that your account "expired". Just like that! Not a word about this "account expiration" on their site. You need to top up your account to activate it, they say. Sounds like extortion to me, given I have 10 euros intact.
Keep changing (reducing) the number of "free" destinations all the time, to boot.
The bottom line: keep clear of them!

ich habe meine account mit 10 Euros vor 2 wochen geladen. seit dem komme ich nicht mehr in meine account. beim telefonierien bekomme ich Falscher Fehler Nr. Der Support reagiert nicht auf meine emails und anfragen ? Also Finger weg von Startel

2) You are not informed about the "PayPal Fee" (3.4% + €0.35) prior to paying.
3) StarTel have errors in their number series, rating some landline calls as mobile calls.
4) Rates are frequently changed: no free landline calls to Australia, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and USA since this weekend.

ENUM + FreeCalls + URI dialing = perfect solution

- ENUM lookups (e164.arpa/e164.org/nrenum.net) make you save money routing PSTN calls through the internet
- Free Calls for more then 30 countries
- URI dialing allows you to dial URIs and receive calls through URIs even from other telcos
For me its the right choice.
