Beware of SMSDiscount Dirty Tricks
Reviewed by Leszek, 2007-05-05 10:12:57 Although I am reasonably happy with SMSDiscount services and pricing, I got really annoyed on one occasion with SMSDiscount unethical practice of spamming.
When I discovered that SMSDiscount client can import my contacts from Skype, I didn't hesitate to use this feature. The import worked very smoothly but what happened later got me really angry. Once SMSDiscount gained access to my Skype contacts, it attached a spam ad to every contact on the list. What's worse, the ad was signed with my name without my knowledge or permission. I then had to send messages to all my friends explaining the situation and apologizing for the spam. I is an appalling and deplorable tactics. What's more, when I complained about it to SMSDiscount, they just ignored my email as if nothing happened. So, beware - they play dirty and you don't know what other dirty tricks they have up their sleeves.

SMSdiscount seems to be a newbie in the Betamax company, also the client and phone number verification act same.
