Excellent service!
Reviewed by Cory, 2007-03-31 05:36:57 I highly recommend BabyTel to anyone in Canada (or the US for that matter) who is looking for a quality VoIP provider with competitive rates and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
The first time I called these guys, someone actually answered the phone! That may seem like a strange statement, but what I mean is there was no automated system, no hold time, someone actually answered the phone. I thought I had the wrong number until I realized his greeting acknowledged he was a BabyTel employee. This, coupled with the fact that my issue was swiftly taken care of told me I was making a good decision to start service with this company. As a bonus, one of the features that these guys offer, none of their competitors have anything even close. Unified Messaging: All of my voice mail and fax messages (no fax machine required!) are delivered directly to my email inbox.
Combine that feature with a solid online email service like Gmail and you can have instant access to all your messaging needs from one place in real time and because Gmail currently offers almost 3GB of storage you can archive everything for quick retrieval later.
