Terrible Service

good quality, good service
Reviewed by charles, 2007-01-26 21:41:36 My Bell phone line has been like a party line for the last 3 years, all kind of simultaneous conversations on it. and every time I call Bell I get the speach: are you sure it is not your phone, try using another phone, we'll charge you if we have to come over (never did charge me because it was Bell lines issues). and then I have to stay home and wait for bell to come over.
I've decided to give AtlasVoice VOIP a try, and I've had the service for 2 weeks now. It has been a good experience for me. I've had good support from Atlasvoice, thanks Jason. I have my phone and fax connected, and a soft client if I need it.
Since I have my VOIP and CABLE modems on a ups, and we also have cellphones, i am going to transfer my bell phone number over (right after i speek to my wife :-) ).
