The customer service rep. was knowledgable, helpful and patient, getting our routing problems sorted out in less than a 15 minutes. Since, the service has been flawless, flexible and reliable. System works perfectly, including caller ID, fax and MODEM. Clear and low latency.

Promises not delivered...
Reviewed by Yves, 2007-10-17 00:45:05 Slow internet speed (low 1Mb/s download). You cannot transfer your actual phone number. Set-up instructions are incomplete and hardware is low-end. Some tech support staff hardly speak english and none speak french. Not recommended.

Poor customer service
Reviewed by Marcus, 2007-09-06 05:09:08 Acanac delivers just POOR customer service, if you ever have difficulties on the weekend after 4PM you are just out of luck..they want you to send email to emergencies..dahhh...how can you send email if your internet connection is lost ????
